With the heels, this outfit’s fine for a night out. It makes it look like you didn’t even have to try, but you still look sexy. Besides that, it’s comfortable enough to move around in.

No, of course not. Try also adding a fedora if you have one or if the shirt is plain a chunky necklace. If it’s a patterned shirt, do a simple necklace.

If the colors can be really bright, like neon-pink or something, I’d think it wouldn’t look so casual and a little more party-ish. :]

Nah I think it sounds right depending what kinda night out [bar/club then probably too casual, prehaps take some leather leggings and a different shirt, then you can take a shoulder bag and just stash it in there or leave the rest in ur draw at work?] Just dress it up with makeup, a studded belt, great clutch&accessories

Sounds fine and if you’re wearing a brown belt definitely wear brown heels.
