yeah its just a plain white tank top underneath, & the black thing over the top is like a low cut thin jumper but you could use a cardigan it would pretty much look the same

I wear my jeggings with just tops since mine are from new look and look exactly like real jeans.
If I got the ones from topshop then I would still wear them like that.
However, some of the jeggings do just look like leggings so i’d wear them under shorts.
